My AirBnB is one of the few listings that also offers washer and dryer access.

The home is located next to the North Carolina Arboretum, Blue Ridge Parkway, French Broad River, and Hiking and Biking trails in the Bent Creek forest. Bent Creek Forest also borders on Pisgah National Forest.

The Arboretum, French Broad River picnic area, Zen Tubing, and Blue Ridge Parkway are all within 1 mile. Hiking and Mountain biking trails are less than two miles up the road. Ingles grocery store, outlet mall, and excellent restaurant options (Stone Ridge Tavern, Papas and Beer, Apollo Flame) are also less than two miles away.

If downtown Asheville is your thing, you can be there in less than 15 minutes.

Biltmore Estate, West Asheville, Downtown Asheville, and Asheville Regional Airport are only 15 minutes away.
